Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Instchat (operated by Prakash Enterprises), ensuring customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our platform offers digital services and virtual goods ("Coins"), generally, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in specific cases of technical failure or fraud.

2. Virtual Currency (Coins)

  • Non-Transferable: Coins purchased are for use within the Instchat platform only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash between users.
  • Expiration: Prakash Enterprises reserves the right to expire unused coin balances if an account remains inactive for a period of 12 months.

3. Chargeback Policy

Strict Warning: Any attempt to fraudulently chargeback a transaction will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We report all fraudulent payment activity to relevant financial authorities and credit bureaus. If you have an issue with a payment, please contact support first.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Technical Error: If you were charged but coins were not credited to your wallet (verified by our logs).
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your consent, subject to investigation by our fraud team.
  • Duplicate Charge: If you were billed twice for the same transaction.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, email admin@inst.chat within 7 days of the transaction with:

  • Transaction ID / Order Number
  • Date and Amount
  • Reason for the request

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
